What I Do
We will provide full brokerage services similar to any large real estate company, but you will only pay us 1% instead of the normal 3% most agents charge for listing your home.
Advertising and the MLS
Buyers shop online theses days, so your home will be featured on 85+ websites including the likes of Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and many others. And your listing will of course be featured in the Multiple Listing Service so the buyers' agents can find your property and bring their clients to see it!
Having an actual Broker representing you
Most real estate agents you'll encounter are sales associates and not actual brokers. It's similar too the doctor/nurse relationship, in that only the broker has the license to sell property, while the sales associate works under the license of the broker. One broker can supervise many agents, so you'll likely never meet the broker of a large firm. But here at Suder Realty, I am the broker! So you'll be dealing the the "doctor" the whole way through the process instead of the nurse.

I am a professional real estate investor since 1994 and a broker since 2006. Few agents out there have the hundreds of deals under their belts like we have. My experience will help you navigate the process and negotiate for the best financial outcome from your sale.
